OK so maybe I wasn't a queen but I felt like it = ) My girlfriend Dianne from church came over and watched Hayden so I could do anything I wanted! Of course I did not go far, but I did get some stuff done around the house that I've been putting off because I never know how long he's going to nap. And I can't just leave him in the swing. Dianne says I'll get over that but I feel guilty just leaving him sitting there. If anyone has any words of wisdom on how I can get over that guilt, please let me know = )

Here's a picture of me with Hayden (and Albert).
P.S. I'm starting Weight Watchers on Monday with a friend of mine, so keep me accountable!

Here is Abigail. She just wanted her picture taken = )

Hayden is 8 weeks old today! You'd think that would make him 2 months but that does not happen until Tuesday = )
And NO he does not always look like a deer caught in headlights. My camera does this red eye reduction light before it takes the picture and it freaks him out = ) He is usually quite relaxed looking. I'll try to get a picture with the red eye mess turned off.

Okay, Hayden is too precious with that look on his face!! And I'm so glad he's still enjoying the swing. My son loved it too!!
Thanks for commenting on the weightloss blog. It took me a really long time to get up enough courage to do it publicly, but hey - that's the whole idea behind accountability, right!! And no, my nutritionist did not recommend South Beach. She bascialy instructed me on how to eat a well rounded diet - that included all of the major food groups. Especially important are foods that are bio-available. That means, foods that your body recognizes...that means...foods that have not been processed or are processed minimally (like fruits, veggies, small amounts of meat, etc. I'll try to blog more about that soon. You should sigh up for the sparkpeople page. It's very motivational and educational. I've learned alot about basic exercises that I can do at work just from their website.
