Hayden's First Egg Hunt

Since this is the first Easter that Hayden can really get involved, this is his first real Egg Hunt . . . and he LOVED it! He's in a hunting and gathering stage anyway so this was right up his alley. When he goes to Nana and Pepa's he likes to gather up the golf balls in a bucket and at home he collects his cars in a bucket so it was not much of a stretch for him to gather eggs in a basket.

Here he is with a smile on his face that lasted the whole hunt

He was so proud of his basket and egg collection

He was reaching for this egg but couldn't quite reach it So Bear gave him a little lift

But on the other side of the porch he could handle the reach

I'll post more pictures tomorrow of all the kids hunting. Hayden got a head start because he woke up from his nap first. But don't worry, we re-hid the eggs so Jack and Wyatt got a fair shake too ☺
