Happy Thanksgiving!

We have finally sold our house! Last Friday we closed without a hitch and packed all day Saturday and Sunday. Many many Thanks to my Dad, Bear; my Mom, Cici; my step-dad (Jim), Papa; and our wonderful neighbor Jordan! We could not have done it without y'all!

We have all of our goodies (read "junk") in Florida. Some is in our house and some is in storage. I see a massive Yard Sale happening in the Spring. We have acquired so much stuff that we just don't need! Especially since we had a full basement in Georgia and will not have one in Florida. I have always lived in a house with a basement and I really don't know what I'll do without one but, there aren't many basements in Florida because of the groundwater levels.

We are starting to look at house plans and dream a little now that we have sold the Braselton house. I don't know what we'll decide to build. I'm accepting all suggestions and comments. Do you have a 1 story or a 2 story and what are the pros and cons? Keep in mind this is probably the house we'll live in for the rest of our lives so the Master Bedroom needs to be on the ground floor. We also need 3 additional bedrooms (2 for kids and 1 for guests) and I'd like for the guest room to have it's own bathroom.

We are not going back to Georgia for Thanksgiving since we've just made that trip so we'll be spending Thanksgiving with Giff's family here in Florida and I'll be sure to take pictures! Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving and remember to give The Lord Jesus thanks for EVERYTHING in your life!
