Big City's come to town . . .

OK so we're moving into our rental house . . . we went to GA this past Saturday Morning (left FL at 4:00 am). Got there, got the Uhaul (which was of course too small) and got it loaded by midnight. Got in bed. PS all of you Georgian's, you know it was flooding, literally! Sunday am we got up and I cleaned what is left in the house while Giff, in the flood, trimmed the hedges, cut the grass and edged. Got on the road by 3 and got to the rental house by 8ish. Unloaded the Uhaul, dropped it off and went to Giff's mom's. Monday Giff put our beds together and tonight is the first night we're going to be in the rental. This is such a hectic move!!!

But, here's the point of my blog today . . . who ever heard of local channels not being included in the tv service? I guess I'm just too big city because this has never been an issue for me . . . but, I set up internet and cable with AT&T/Direct TV yesterday and come to find out they don't offer the local channels . . . hello, we need the news! So, I had to cancel that and it's back to square 1.

PS our email addresses will change because Earthlink does not offer service in this part of the world.

Hope y'all are great!
J

Directv doesn't offer local channels with their regular service up here in Atlanta either...it is an extra thing.
